plums / сливы

Pflaumenzeit! Letztes Woche habe ich ganz viele Pflaumen und Zwetschgen auf dem Bio-Markt gekauft, überlege mir jetzt, was ich mit ihnen mache. Wahrscheinlich einen Streuselkuchen...  Zum ersten mal habe ich die gelben Zwetschgen probiert, einfach klasse!

Plums season! Last week I bought so many plums at a bio-market and am just thinking what to do with them... Maybe a crumb cake...  I also tasted yellow plums for the first time, they are just awesome!

Сезон слив! На прошлой неделе я купила целую кучу слив на органическом рынке и теперь думаю, чты бы такого вкусного из них испечь. Думаю, будет штрейзель! Оставайтесь на связи :) Кстати, желтые сливы попробовала впервые, просто потрясающие!

apple pie / яблочный пирог

Vor einer Woche habe ich ein neues Rezept eines Apfelkuchens ausprobiert. Mit vielen Äpfeln, Apfelsaft und einer angenehmen  Note Zimt. Perfekt für die kommende Herbststummung! A week ago I tried a new recipe of an apple pie. It contains a plenty of apples, apple juice and has a pleasant cinnamon flavour. Perfect for the comming autumn mood! Look for the recipe after the pics... The instructions how to prepare apples are in the comments to the photos.
